We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative who will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and converting inbound leads into satisfied customers. This role is vital in driving our company’s growth by ensuring a high conversion rate and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with 95% American English level
- At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry
- Proof of having recently worked in Sales for a website hosting provider. Do not apply if you don’t meet this one.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in an upbeat fashion
- cPanel University certifications for cPanel general knowledge, and WHMCS sales courses
- Have an understanding of Shared, Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Server hosting
- Have experience with WHMCS, Kayako and cPanel
- Have a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!
- Quickly able to identify the needs of potential customers and recommend the most suitable hosting solution
- Have a reliable high speed internet, and electrical power connections for your devices
- A quiet area to perform your tasks, as well as noise cancelling headsets

Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales Inquiries (Telephone, Live Chat, Tickets, Orders)
- Utilize our internal dashboard and third party CRM to follow up
- Following up with sales leads
- Handling occasional billing-related requests, including formulating best renewal options
- Order Verification to reject fraudulent attempts
- Processing plan up/downgrades, as well as addon sales, such as dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates, etc
